Returns and Refunds
Upon receiving the order, the Client must immediately inspect the delivered goods for apparent defects and notify Succar at info@succar.ch of any issues. In cases of damaged products received, the non-conforming merchandise must be returned in its original unopened packaging. The return must be preceded by the acceptance of a return request submitted by the Client to contact@succar.ch. For returned defective products, the Client can choose between a refund in cash or the replacement of the defective product through standard exchange or the provision of an equivalent-value product.
