Delivery and Shipping Costs
The Client is responsible for the delivery costs, set at 7 CHF for orders under 80 CHF. For orders exceeding 80 CHF, delivery costs are waived. Succar only delivers within Switzerland through the services of the Swiss Post. Items are typically dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If Succar is unable to deliver the ordered goods within 10 working days, the Client can cancel the order by sending an email to info@succar.ch, stating the order references. This cancellation is only effective if received by Succar 24 hours before the goods are handed over to the Post. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled.
Succar is not responsible for unclaimed parcels. Any potential re-shipping costs are borne by the Client. Before re-shipping, Succar may request the Client to settle the associated costs in advance via bank transfer. In the absence of a response from the Client within one month of the request for a transfer, Succar reserves the right to cancel the order.
