Terms and Conditions of Sale
Commercial relations between Succar SARL, hereinafter referred to as "Succar," and any person placing an order on the Succar website (www.succar.ch), hereinafter referred to as "the Client," are governed by the following terms.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
The Client is responsible for the delivery costs, set at 7 CHF for orders under 80 CHF. For orders exceeding 80 CHF, delivery costs are waived. Succar only delivers within Switzerland through the services of the Swiss Post. Items are typically dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If Succar is unable to deliver the ordered goods within 10 working days, the Client can cancel the order by sending an email to info@succar.ch, stating the order references. This cancellation is only effective if received by Succar 24 hours before the goods are handed over to the Post. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled.
Succar is not responsible for unclaimed parcels. Any potential re-shipping costs are borne by the Client. Before re-shipping, Succar may request the Client to settle the associated costs in advance via bank transfer. In the absence of a response from the Client within one month of the request for a transfer, Succar reserves the right to cancel the order.
Conclusion of the Sales Contract
The ordering process on www.succar.ch consists of three steps. Firstly, the Client selects the desired products. Secondly, the Client provides the delivery address and chooses the preferred payment method. Lastly, the Client submits the order and promptly receives an email confirming its receipt.
Succar exclusively sells products to adult end-users. The Client guarantees the accuracy of the provided information and assumes responsibility for any damages resulting from inaccurate information, such as delivery impossibility due to an error in the provided address.
The order placed by the Client constitutes a firm offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract under the terms specified by Succar. Once validated by the Client, the order cannot be withdrawn without the formal acceptance of a cancellation request sent to info@succar.ch. Succar reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request without specifying reasons. The decision is communicated via email to the address provided in the order.
The stock status displayed on www.succar.ch is indicative. Additionally, the photos, descriptions, and product characteristics on www.succar.ch are not contractual. Succar reminds the Client that, as its products are handmade and natural, variations such as slight differences in color, volume, clarity, or scent may occur.
Returns and Refunds
Upon receiving the order, the Client must immediately inspect the delivered goods for apparent defects and notify Succar at info@succar.ch of any issues. In cases of damaged products received, the non-conforming merchandise must be returned in its original unopened packaging. The return must be preceded by the acceptance of a return request submitted by the Client to contact@succar.ch. For returned defective products, the Client can choose between a refund in cash or the replacement of the defective product through standard exchange or the provision of an equivalent-value product.
Prices and Payment Methods
The prices in effect at the time of the order, expressed in Swiss francs and inclusive of all taxes, are valid in Switzerland. Payment for the order and associated fees is required in advance. Accepted payment methods include Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal.
Copyright
The entire content of www.succar.ch, including photos, images, texts, videos, and sounds, is either the property of Succar or its partners and can only be used with their express consent. The use of the "Succar" trademark requires prior written approval.
Data Protection
Personal data essential for each order is collected, processed, used, and stored by Succar in accordance with the relevant legal provisions on data protection for the purpose of contract execution.
Liabilities
The complete or partial inability to use a Succar product due to product incompatibility (e.g., allergy) does not warrant any compensation. Succar is only liable for proven direct damages resulting from a serious fault on its part. In case of Succar's liability, it is limited to the price of the relevant product.
